Daydo has been manufacturing a wide range of metalworking products for the housing materials and equipment fields for many years.
In order to continue to excel in metal machining technology, we aim to introduce new technology by passing down and further developing our skills through manpower development, and to continuously invest in production facilities that are evolving from day to day. By doing so, we will be able to meet the diverse needs of our customers, and provide a consistent supply of good quality products in response to orders that we receive for our engineering products even if these are complex and advanced.

Drawing and simulation capabilities utilizing our design skills

Using various software, we can create drawings and simulations to make virtual prototypes, which reduces the time taken to make a real one. We've also shortened the manufacturing lead time for special order items and for starting new or mass production using various methods including electronic designs for faster conversion input, and 3DCAD for assembly, verifying and interference checks.

Skills of our employees

These DAYDO employees are skilled in welding, including thermal welding, and are certified technicians qualified in special processes. They also receive a technician allowance as added motivation to maintain and master their responsibilities and skills. DAYDO uses cell production for assembling products, whereby one person completes the whole process from start to finish. We train our technicians by focusing on the procedures manual and showing them examples of manufacturing processes performed by experienced staff, so that they can do the work themselves while following the manual and sharing feedback on their progress. We employ this basic process in order to thoroughly train our technicians in the skills required for assembly work.

Just-in-time supply of structures for the storage of materials

Using an automatic rack storage system, large aluminium parts frequently used in our company are managed on a first-in first out basis. This also helps us to make effective use of the space that had been used as a storage area for parts, and improve the way the parts are placed and stored. We are working to establish better production sites in order to provide our customers with even better products.
